Ever need a way to send that very important email, but make sure it’s not sent until later in the day? I didn’t realize that Outlook had this feature, but here’s a way to schedule a way to send a very important email later: Here’s a very important email that I might want to send to someone… but not until 5:00 pm:
A very important email - to be delivered later (schedule your email from outlook to be sent later) To tell Outlook when you want to send this email in the future, click on “Options” and select “Do not deliver before” and choose the date and time you want it sent.
- Once you make a selection, you’ll see a status flash at the top of the email with the date that the email will be sent. Schedule an Email In Outlook Desktop. Outlook desktop has a scheduled send feature called Delay Delivery. You can access it by composing a new message.
- Click on the Schedule button to compete for the email, and now the Mac email app will take care of the rest. Spark app will send the email on schedule time and date without any user interactions. However, you can see the entire list of scheduled emails on the Spark App Outbox.
- If you decide later that you want to send the message immediately, do the following: Switch to the Outbox folder. Open the delayed message. Select the More options arrow from the Tags group in the Ribbon.
